Every plan is written personally for you, so this policy is designed to be fair to both sides.
1. Before your plan is delivered
If you cancel before your personalised plan has been delivered, you can request a full refund, minus any transfer fees.
2. After your plan is delivered
Once your training and nutrition plan has been delivered, the subscription is non-refundable, because the personalised work has already been done.
3. Pausing
If you get sick, injured or travel, tell us and we can pause your subscription once for up to 14 days.
4. Payment problems
If you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount, contact us within 7 days with your transfer screenshot and we will refund the difference.
5. How to request
Email info@coachabozaid.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, phone number and transfer screenshot. Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method within 14 days.
